Independent testing by tüv Rheinland
We use the organization TÜV Rheinland to certify our test methods. This is a third-party testing institute, which consists of independent consultants who validate the safety of products and services of all types, in order to protect people and the environment against hazards. TÜV Rheinland has very strict requirements for the approval of a product or service, and their certification is one of the strongest quality marks to be found.
We continuously perform impact tests on our product systems including panels, brackets, retainers, and anti-collapse systems in our Test Center. The results are good; they often exceed standards and directives for various markets.
We put our test to the ultimate test
We are the first mesh panel solution company in the world to have our test method certified by TÜV. This means that we can guarantee that our test method promises what we say it promises; that you are safe. The purpose of the tests was to document the effect of a high-energy impact on our anti-collapse steel mesh system for pallet racking. At the high energy impact test, a pendulum of 160 kilograms was adjusted so that the pendulum hit the middle of the mesh in one of the panels. The impact energy of 2500 Joule is approximately 160 kilograms at 20 kilometers per hour. The result was good; the anti-collapse steel mesh system withstood the test. There were no penetration and no parts departed. All panels, brackets, and retainers remained attached. We are happy and proud that our test method is certified. This means that Troax anti-collapse steel mesh system has very good quality, and most importantly, that you are safe.
