Passionate About a Professional Production

Being service-oriented and helping people has been part of most of Branka’s assignments since she came to Troax in 2008. Today, she works as a production manager on the Assembly and Goods Reception. Together with her colleagues, she always works with the customer in focus and the ambition to develop products of the highest quality.

“If you are driven and have the will, there are always new opportunities and other positions to try. I have always felt a trust from the company and gained several opportunities along the way. On a personal level, I have developed incredibly much during my years here.” 

Being responsive and not taking hasty decisions are two things that Branka has become better with over the years.

“In the past, I have tried to solve problems a little too quickly. It is usually better to take it one turn, take in views and listen carefully to others.”

Invest In Knowledge

She emphasises the importance of working as a team and making decisions together. 

“Then you get longer and can reach a completely different plan when it comes to changes.”

Branka is passionate about her job, and she likes when it is high pressure and everyone is working towards the same goal.

“Our employees are our most important asset. They will refine our products and make customers happy. We continuously invest in education as well, and we encourage knowledge, self-confidence and own initiatives.”

“A Job Is More Than a Job”

Branka finds Troax a transparent company with an openness in communication that makes the work easier and more fun.

“A job is much more than a job. We are here several hours every day, then we have to enjoy it and have fun. Seeing my employees work and laugh at the same time is like winning a medal!”

Branka is well aware that the idea of “Customer in Focus” refers to external customers but also thinks that they see each other as customers internally.

“There is a lot of focus on both internal and external deliveries. To me, it’s just as important to have both satisfied customers and satisfied employees!”
