This Personal Data Policy Policy gives you information about how we treat your personal information when you visit our website, use our forms, visit our social media, subscribe to our newsletter, or register in our CRM system. Personal data that are being processed

We save your contact information in our CRM system when you fill in our forms on troax.com and when you provide your contact information to us in person. We also save your contact information when you sign up for Configura Light.

Service providers who process your personal information

Troax uses third-party services such as MailChimp and DataValidation when sending newsletters by e-mail. When you register for our Configura Light program, an account will be created using the contact details you provided in our form at troax.com. This information is required for you as a customer to get the software license. Contact information is also registered with Configura Sverige AB. Your contact information will be deleted when you are no longer an active user.

Troax.com and cookies

Analysis Services

Google
Google Analytics is used to track site statistics and users' demographics, interests, and behaviour on our website. We also use Google Search Console to better understand how our visitors find our website and to improve our search engine optimization. Google Tag Manager is used to understand the behaviour of the website's visitors and is a tool for making the site user-friendly.

Hotjar
Troax website also uses Hotjar web analytics. Hotjar helps us measure and evaluate behaviour on the website, such as mouse clicks, mouse movements, keystrokes (excluding personal information), browsing activity, and visited pages, as well as what actions have been taken on the site.

Social media
Social media (third-party) provides interactive plug-ins or social media features (for example, if you want to connect to Facebook or Google to find friends and to add them as contacts or to “like” a page) on Troax sites, or may use cookies or other methods (such as web beacon) to collect information about your use of our site. When social media uses your information, the social media privacy policy applies and we encourage you to review it. Social media can use cookies or other tracking methods for their own purposes by using the information about you when using our website along with the personal information they may have about you. We can also retrieve social media analysis data that helps us measure the impact of our content and our ads on social media (e.g., impressions and clicks).

Persons under 16 years of age

Our website doesn’t target individuals under the age of 16, and we require that persons under the age of 16 don’t provide personal information to Troax. If it comes to our knowledge that we collect personal data about a person under 16, we take action to remove the information as soon as possible.

Photos

We like to use images for marketing purposes on our website, in our social media or in printed material. A photograph of a person is counted as personal data and we need your consent to publish images of you. At exhibitions and events, you are informed as a visitor that we take photos and if you don’t want to be photographed inform our staff. When it comes to other types of photography, you will be asked before shooting. You can withdraw your consent at any time, and then we delete the images, cropping or editing so you won’t be included in the photo.

Updates to the Personal Data Policy

We may update this Personal Data Policy when we add new products, when we expand our current offers and when technology and laws change.
