The URSP Steel sheet panels provide comprehensive protection for areas where processes generate particulates, fumes, or other contaminants, such as welding cells. Install with Safe Fix to create a fully enclosed cell. This helps maintain a clean production environment.
Product information
The URSP panel have a 0.7 mm profiled steel sheet welded to a 19x19mm frame, creating a fully covered wall that to withstand 1,000 joules impact. Compatible with Safe Fix system for gap-free installation, or Smart Fix system with optional Gap Cover or Foam Infill accessories. Wall panels are available in 6 widths from 200 mm to 1,200 mm for a system height of 2,200 mm. The door leaves, UXSP have a 30x20 mm frame and supplied in 2,100 mm height with 100 mm floor sweep, available in 980 mm or 1,180 mm widths. Standard grey RAL 7037 finish with custom colors available.
