Cells get moved and lines get rebalanced. Troax panels, posts and doors are designed to be taken apart and rebuilt around a changed layout, so a reconfiguration does not mean scrapping the guard. How fast that goes depends on the fixing system, which is what the figures below measure.

Before you specify
Yes, in most cases. Panels can be fixed to racking uprights or floor mounted and stood independently, depending on the layout and what the racking is rated to carry. Send us your layout and we will confirm the fixing method before you order.
Panels have a 20x100mm mesh aperture to coincide with the machinery directive and safety distances. Panels are 2050mm high. This enables machine guarding to be bult with a 150mm floor gap. We also offer half height panels at 1250mm high with a 150mm floor gap (1400mm overall). We can make panels to any size if required with extended lead time and cost.
We offer both modular and bespoke. Longer lead time for bespoke.
Currently we stock standard colours in the UK. Standard colours stocked in Sweden have a typical lead time 2-3 weeks.
Grey RAL 7037 / Black RAL 9005 for panels and Grey RAL 7037 and Yellow RAL 1018 for posts. Other Swedish standard colours available from the factory on a 2 – 3 week lead time, with all other RAL references available but on request.
