Turn safety events into actionable patterns

Safer workplaces are built through consistent actions and continuous improvement. Incidents that appear isolated often reveal deeper patterns shaped by everyday behaviours, processes, and operational conditions. Without accurate documentation, these signals remain hidden, making it difficult to identify recurring risks and take meaningful action.

Troax monitoring devices provide real-time alerts, document incidents, and transform safety events into actionable insights. By revealing risk patterns, they help teams implement targeted corrective measures and continuously improve workplace safety.

  • Effectively document incidents at your workplace
  • Deploy efficient on-board sensors on your fleet
  • Automatically collect and centralise data

Document your safety incidents

Troax offers a set of complementary sensors to document safety-related incidents at your workplace.

The Troax Copilot system acts as the central interface between our sensors and analytics platform, collecting, centralising, and communicating data to provide a central overview of connected vehicle activity and safety events.

Our compact sensors are integrated into industrial vehicles, such as forklifts, with each sensor designed to capture specific operational data, monitor activity, and support accurate incident reporting.

The CAS-G2 sensor detects unsafe proximity between vehicles and reports near-misses, enabling teams to address collision risks before incidents occur. In the event of a collision, the Impact Sensor captures and reports key details, including impact location and intensity, supporting accurate incident analysis. The Electronic Control Unit (ECU) provides real-time vehicle tracking through several technologies such as GPS, 4G, and Wi-Fi, generating movement insights through trajectory diagrams and heatmaps. Building on this foundation, the Real-Time Location System (RTLS) adds advanced control capabilities, including the ability to manage vehicle speed within designated areas, creating a safer and more controlled working environment.
