Yes. We support layout-based machine guarding design through site surveys, CAD proposal drawings, and its Drawit web-based design tool. This allows layouts to be reviewed in 2D and 3D before quotation, with the right panels, posts, doors, locks, and accessories configured for the application.
Accessories include options such as wire tray brackets, Smart Post wiring and button integration, safety switch brackets, light beam brackets, trim and edge-cover solutions, and other system-specific components depending on the layout and application.
Yes. We provide clear, system-specific assembly instructions in PDF and interactive step-by-step formats, with QR-code access directly from the product on site. Guides can be viewed on mobile, tablet, or PC, and Troax also offers assembly and installation support. Some door solutions can also be supplied fully assembled for faster installation.
