Regulation (EU) 2023/1230 replaces the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC from 20 January 2027, with updated requirements covering digital information, cybersecurity of safety functions, and substantially modified machinery. We recommend reviewing guarding and compliance documentation now, and our partner ST&L can support and guide you through the CE marking process under both the current Directive and the new Regulation.
