Safety is only as good as the evidence behind it. We test rigorously in our own Test Centre and document every result, giving the engineer who specifies it, the manager who signs it off and the operator who works beside it the same proof.
Certified to the standards your industry trusts
It starts with the standards everyone checks for. Our safety systems are designed, tested and documented to the international standards that govern industrial safety:
- EN ISO 14120, for the construction of fixed and movable guards. Guards placed on the market are CE marked to the Machinery Regulation, with a full technical file
- Impact performance independently verified by TÜV Rheinland across our guarding and anti-collapse systems
- ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO 27001, for quality, safety and information management
- Documentation ready wherever you operate, formatted to support your risk assessments, CE marking and audits
The world's first TÜV-certified test method
Most manufacturers test their products. We went further and had our test method itself certified by TÜV Rheinland, the first mesh panel company in the world to do so. An independent authority has verified not just that our systems withstand the impact energies they’re rated for, but that the way we test them is sound and repeatable. That means the figures we quote are ones you can rely on.
That certified method is what verifies our whole range:
- Machine guarding, from standard cells to the highest-energy systems.
- Polymer safety barriers, proven to absorb a strike rather than crack or shatter
- Anti-Collapse Mesh, tested to 2,500 joules, with no penetration and every component still in place
