We want to clarify that these emails were not sent from our official systems or endorsed by our team. Furthermore, it is important to note that Troax.com has not suffered any breach of our systems or been hacked. The emails in question do not contain content that originated from Troax, and should not be regarded as official communication from our company.

During this event, a number of emails falsely bearing the Troax name were sent out. Fortunately, most of these emails were successfully intercepted and did not reach their intended recipients, as they were identified and blocked by email security systems. This action minimized potential exposure and impact.
