-
Uptime safeguarded through safe access, maintenance and operational efficiency.

-
The trust of automotive leaders such as BMW, Ford, Mercedes-Benz, Volvo and General Motors.
-
70+ years of expertise, 40+ countries and regional manufacturing that shortens lead times.
One red thread of safety, from body shop to loading dock
-
Body shop and body-in-white (BIW)
Body-in-white is among the most robot-intensive environments in manufacturing. We build heavy-duty guarding around each cell's payload, reach and risks.
-
Press shops
Presses, progressive dies and blanking lines generate impact forces few environments match. Our solutions control access to hazardous press areas with solid infill and controlled entry points.
-
Powertrain, EV battery assembly and component lines
Automated machinery and manual work meet at almost every stage. We keep them apart with zone separation and controlled access, matched to your AGV routes.
-
Mezzanines and elevated work areas
Elevated areas are one of automotive's most overlooked compliance risks. We protect them to EN ISO 14122-3, guarding against falls without blocking sightlines or airflow.
Solutions proven on the world's most relentless lines
With you at every turn
From the first line build to the next retool, and through every layout change in between, we stay with you as your site evolves. Guidance, product know-how and industry expertise whenever you need it, from local teams in over 40 countries who know your market.
Ask away. We've been under the hood a while
Yes. All our systems are fully modular. Panels, posts, fixing systems and access points can be reconfigured, extended or relocated as line layouts change. It’s one of the primary requirements we build for automotive customers.
Yes. Our physical barriers and Power Door are designed for AGV environments, including RFID-based low-speed area control and PLC integration for automated door operation.
Regulation (EU) 2023/1230 replaces the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC from January 2027. It introduces updated requirements, including provisions for digital information, cybersecurity of safety functions and substantial modification of existing machinery. Troax systems support compliance with both the current Machinery Directive and the new Regulation, with full documentation support throughout the transition progresses.
IATF 16949 requires documented evidence of the quality and compliance of safety infrastructure across the production environment. Our ISO 9001 certified quality management system, conformity documentation and CE marking support provide the evidence audits look for. We supply product specifications, test reports, installation records and declarations of conformity as standard.
